There are GREAT emotional benefits that vibrate within us when we forgive!

A very interesting thing about forgiveness – in order to reap the great benefits… the person you are forgiving doesn’t even need to know that you have forgiven them.  You don’t have to see them or look them in the eye!

This video shares an easy exercise that we can use the next time we feel hurt or angry or sad etc. from the actions of another.  I hope you’ll be inspired to try it and see for you yourself*
