We all have set backs and limitations, but it is how we overcome them that gives us strength!
Sam Berns achieved the highest honors at Foxboro High School in Foxboro, Massachusetts. He also rose to percussion section leader in the high school marching band and achieved the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America.
Sam was diagnosed with Progeria, a rare, rapid aging disease, at the age of 2. He succumbed to this disease this year, but he left beautiful words of wisdom we can all live by.
