This mother tiger lost her triplet cubs when they died shortly after birth.
The mother tigress fell into a depression and the zookeepers decided that if the tigress could surrogate another mother’s cubs, maybe she would get better.
As it turned out – the only orphans that could be found quickly were a litter of piglets!
Thankfully the little ones didn’t become “pork chops”
